  • My Salesforce data has changed. How can I update my Roambi file with the new data?

    Roambi files can be refreshed if the author of the data enabled Refresh before publishing their Roambi file. To refresh the data while inside of the Roambi, tap on the Refresh icon on the Toolbar. You will receive an alert once your new data is ready to be downloaded.
  • What types of Salesforce.com reports are supported?

    Roambi supports all standard and custom reports that are saved in public folders. We do not support reports saved in "My Personal Folder" or the "Unfiled Public Folder."
  • I'm being asked for a Salesforce.com security token. How do I get one?

    Login to your Salesforce.com account and go to the Setup page. Or do a search on the Salesforce.com online help. After you request it, Salesforce.com will send you the security token by email. Copy and paste the security token on the Roambi login screen.
  • What versions of Salesforce.com are supported?

    Roambi for Salesforce.com supports Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, and Developer Edition.
  • My Salesforce data has change. How can the Roambi be updated with the new data?

    Yes. If the Roambi was created with this in mind, tap on the Refresh icon inside of the Roambi View's toolbar on your iPhone. You must enable the Refresh feature during design time before publishing your Roambi. Once your new data is ready, you will receive an alert to download the file on your iPhone.

    Salesforce Roambi files within the "Documents" folder of his/her Salesforce account.
  • How can I find out what version of SalesForce I have?

    You can simply navigate to: 'Setup/Administration Setup/Manage Users'. To the right, the main header will display your version (Professional, Ultimate, Enterprise, etc).
  • What other permissions are necessary in order for Roambi to work with SalesForce?

    The user's 'Profile' (Setup/Administration Setup/Manage Users/Profiles) must have the following permissions enabled in 'Administrative Permissions': 'API Enabled', 'Modify All Data'.
