Roambi Pro or Roambi Lite?
Unlike Roambi Lite which is designed for one user, and allows unrestricted emailing and forwarding of Roambi files among recipients, Roambi Pro lets you securely share Roambi dashboards among only the people you designate. This ensures the confidentiality of your data. Each designated user can also create and securely share Roambi dashboards with everyone in the group.
Roambi Pro also lets you change the underlying data in your mobile dashboards. So, you just create them once, and update the data whenever you want. Your colleagues can easily refresh their dashboards, and always have the latest information at their fingertips.

During Access
To access your data and Roambi dashboards, users are required to provide their authentication credentials. Roambi Pro also provides device lock-out, which allows an admin to deny access from any registered user's iPhone/iPad.
In Transmission
The transmission of Roambi files to the iPhone/iPad uses SSL (HTTPS) based data transmission protocol. It provides the most secure data transmission to mobile devices.
On the Device
Roambi Pro uses the iPhone/iPad security model, storing the login in the encrypted key chain. It also lets you leverage the many Apple security features already on the device.
Up-to-the-Minute Reporting
Outdated information is sometimes worse than no information. So Roambi Pro let's you quickly update your existing mobile dashboards, rather than requiring you to create new ones each time your data changes. When you change or add to the data in your data source, you simply re-upload the modified spreadsheet, and all your users have immediate access to the latest information.
Roambi Pro provides two options for refreshing your group's mobile dashboards on their iPhones and iPads. Auto Refresh automatically updates the file with the latest data every time it is opened. Or if you choose Manual Refresh, the end-user just taps on the dashboard's refresh icon in order to receive the latest data.
